These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak22 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the pak22 platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform. pak22 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
The pak22 platform is operated for the benefit of Pakistani players. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players who access pak22 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and pak22 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pak22 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pak22 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicate-account activity may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak22 Login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. pak22 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify pak22 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred. pak22 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You may request closure of your pak22 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. pak22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, where required by our regulatory obligations, or where account activity is identified as potentially fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the integrity of the platform.
pak22 supports the following PKR- denominated deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. pak22 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in Pakistan or any payment method not listed in your account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your pak22 account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. pak22 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your pak22 account. The Company reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts in good standing will have withdrawal requests processed within one (1) business day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions, and within three (3) business days for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
Where a player holds an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, a withdrawal request will not be processed until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled or the bonus has been forfeited. Players may forfeit an active bonus at any time through their account settings, however any winnings generated from that bonus prior to forfeiture will also be removed.
All bets placed on the pak22 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type as published on the platform. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. pak22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds.
In the event that odds are published as a result of a palpable error — meaning an obvious and objectively verifiable mistake in the odds calculation — pak22 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has been settled. The Company will provide notification of any such void and refund the original stake to the player's account balance within two (2) business days.
In-play (live) betting on cricket, boxing, UFC, and other available markets is subject to additional rules specific to live wagering. Odds during in-play betting may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided. pak22 accepts no liability for delays in in-play odds updates caused by third-party data feed interruptions.
Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket betting markets at pak22 are governed by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable. Markets that cannot be settled following a match abandonment will be declared void and stakes refunded, except where sufficient overs have been bowled to constitute a valid result under the applicable competition rules.
Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply across all pak22 sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and within your account dashboard. pak22 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum payout limits to specific accounts where betting patterns are identified as professionally or systematically advantageous to the player.
All slot and instant-win games available on the pak22 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player session. pak22 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG-based results.
Live casino games at pak22 are operated by third-party game studios. Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and side-bet availability are determined by the relevant studio and displayed within each live table environment. Players are required to act within the allocated decision time in each live game round; failure to act within the time limit will result in the default action for the relevant game being applied automatically.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active casino or slot game session, any game round that was already in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed and settled according to the game's standard logic. pak22 is not liable for losses attributable to player-side connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, third-party payment delays, or data breaches attributable to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
pak22's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits pak22's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
pak22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by our regulatory obligations or applicable law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak22's international gaming licence.
